Great couple of days away - perfect place for us to stay as close to where my sister lives and southbourne beach. communication with hosts great

Excellent place to stay really helpful hosts.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with really good furnishings. The baby amenities were really helpful and spotless. It was a great location as walkable to the beach. A really lovely property. Sarah and Jack from Bonds were so attentive and helpful. Any queries I had were answered immediately. Very friendly, accommodating and really cared about us having a nice stay. They were really kind on check out as we were running behind with our baby and they were so helpful and kind to give us time to get ourselves together. I would highly recommend this property and using Bonds lettings. We will definetly be back- a fantastic first holiday away for our family.

The flat was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for the 5 days we were there. It felt like home as soon as we arrived. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk from a perfect sandy beach. From booking, check in to checkout, was all easy and problem-free. We had a fantastic stay. Thank you so much.

Really nice apartment

Really lovely accommodation, finished to a very high standard and impeccably clean and tidy. The Beds were very comfortable and shower was wonderful. We loved the closeness in proximity to the beach as well as Southbourne Grove high street. We had a couple of anti-social issues with other Air b and b neighbours, however, when raised this with the letting management company, they responded very quickly and professionally, and we were pleased with the outcome. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay again.
