Please use parking passes located by back door during your stay to avoid tow only registered guest permitted on property ➡️ ONLY registered guest on site no day visitors Any violation will result in immediate eviction ➡️Door access code(will be given with agreeance to rental terms in this text/ 24 hours of your arrival ) The garage /staircase closet/master bedroom closet are locked(clothing racks and dresser provided ) and ACCESS prohibited from entry these areas are being renovated House rules Absolutely no events and no parties or anything similar!! 🚭 Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house (including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana). Please use the designated smoking area located on the patio/yard. If you do please buy a disposal container 4 ashes and cigarette butts (ashtray etc.)Any violation will result in a fine of $500 and immediate eviction. 🚫🚬 ➡️👞👞👞remove shoes while in the home -carpet cleaned RECENTLY violation/damage will result in up to $800 of re-cleaning fees. 🔇 We kindly request that you keep noise levels to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. Any loud noises, disturbances, parties or similar activities may result in a fine of $1000 and immediate eviction. 🤫🕙 👥 Please inform us beforehand if you plan to bring additional guests by 10:00 pm of your check in day. There will be a charge of $45 per guest Per day🕙violations will result in immediate eviction. 🚗 Right in front of the house, there is parking space available for two vehicles 🅿️please do not park in front of any of the neighbors property 🐾 We do not welcome furry friends. IMPORTANT: In consideration of other guests with allergies, we kindly ask that you do not bring your furry friend for any reasons except for verified service animal documentation will be requested. This policy ensures the well-being of all guests .There will be a fee of $500 per pet for any violations.🐶 🛏️ If you plan to arrive before your scheduled check-in time, please let us know in advance. An early check-in fee of $90 will be applied for checking in up to 4 hours prior to the standard check-in time, subject to availability. Similarly, for late check-out up to 4 hours after the standard check-out time, a fee of $90 will be applied, subject to availability. 🍼 If you are traveling with a baby and require a crib during your stay, please inform us in advance so we can ensure that it is ready and waiting for you upon arrival. 🚪 We kindly ask for your cooperation in refraining from moving any furniture, appliances, tables, beds, bbq, or other items within the house, whether they are located indoors or outdoors. 🛋️🚫 🛁 The hot tub coming soon !! Lost remotes are 25.00 each EV charging is 25.00 per night ♻️ We kindly request your cooperation in being mindful of the amount of garbage you generate during your stay. -Trash days are Tuesdays please pull both trash/recycle bin back to side of home after each pick up (bins may not be left in front of home at anytime in accordance with HOA policy ) -Please contact us for any issues that require maintenance or mechanical repair. Do not attempt to fix it yourself . - cleaning done once a month and management staff must be given access ( will abide by most convenience and privacy for our guest) Rental agreements must be signed and approved prior to your stay
