Accommodation was good but Toast did not respond when issue of no hot water was raised by text ( as requested by them ) at the weekend. Phoned Monday morning and was informed that they would send a maintenance team. There was hot water in the evening but Toast never responded as to whether the issue was resolved.

Great place for our family get together in Durham. Exactly as described and very clean and cosy. Queries answered immediately. EV charging was highly appreciated. Would unreservedly recommend if you are looking for somewhere within walking of Durham City Centre.
