Other things to note We’re pet-friendly. We just ask that you let us know in advance. There’s a small charge of £10 per pet, per night, payable at the property. Contactless self-check-in is available via lockbox. We'll send the code by email before your arrival if you prefer an independent check-in. Washing machine, tumble dryer, and ironing facilities are available for guest use. Please note that the property is in a peaceful rural setting. It’s ideal for guests seeking calm, nature, and space. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet and privacy of the surroundings. ★ Online Check-In Required To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid photo ID or passport. ★ Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of £300–£750 is required, depending on the length of stay. The deposit will be returned after check-out, subject to inspection. Interaction with guests We’re here if you need us, but we respect your space and pace. You can choose a warm personal welcome or opt for contactless self check-in using a lockbox whichever suits your arrival best. During your stay, we’re available via text or email for any questions, local tips, or anything that would make your time more comfortable. While we won’t be on-site, we’re always nearby and happy to help when needed.
