Great host and lovely property, it was right opposite where our team was working so it was very convenient!

Fantastic place to stay. We arrived on Friday for rugby on Saturday at Twickenham. Great location and nice restaurants not too far away. Was walkable to stadium and a few place to stop for a beer before hand. M&S located at the hospital opposite for groceries and even spied a Costa for that early morning coffee! 10/10 - will definitely be staying when we come back!

We checked in at 7:00 PM and immediately found the apartment extremely cold — the heating was not working. We followed the check-in instructions provided by the host, but it didn’t help. We messaged the host and even called, but only received a reply at 8:00 PM, when he said he was at a show. At that time he knew we had no heating, and it was very cold outside (0°C). Despite repeated attempts to get it working, nothing helped. It was Valentine’s Day, and the situation completely ruined our holiday plans — we were shivering. We were traveling with our elderly parents, and everyone was freezing. The heating issue wasn’t resolved until 11:30 PM. Before that, we couldn’t shower (too cold) or sleep (the blankets were very thin, more like summer throws). We are extremely dissatisfied that the host knowingly delayed fixing the heating because of his personal schedule. This was the worst Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Additionally, the door was very difficult to close.

Clean, tidy and just what we needed

Very clean and well equipped. Tea and coffee supplies would have been nice.

Amazing stay and brilliant host. Thank you Peter!
