It was a lovely place to stay, everything was spotless. Only issue we had was we booked for 8 people, but there wasn't enough room really. We didn't realise there were only 3 double beds, the sofa is to be used as a bed for 2 people but it really isn't suitable for that. We would definitely come back but just if there were 6 of us of less.
To ensure a comfortable stay for guests and respect for neighbours, we kindly ask that the following rules are observed: * No groups, parties, or events permitted * No BBQs allowed on the property * External security camera and noise monitoring device are in place to help maintain a peaceful environment * Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property at all times. This includes cigarettes, cigars, pipes, e-cigarettes, and vaping devices. Any breach of house rules may result in termination of the stay and a £500 penalty charge.
