lovely location

The house exterior isn't too bad, but the maintenance team is extremely lacking. Arrived to find an unflushed toilet with stains in it, along with toothpaste in the sink. After that had to go round all the rooms picking up empty cider cans and used glasses. Then to the bedrooms to change all the sheets and covers ourselves as noone else had. Then tried to take the rubbish out to find the outside bin completely full. Tried to play pool, but the proximity of the walls makes half the shots impossible to take. Tried to use the oven but the smell inside it was ungodly. The backdoor handle needs replacing, it's so stiff 2 of the people with me couldnt open it. Location and outside the house is pretty good, it's just the inside let's it down.

very comfy meet our needs will definitely stay next time we’re in chester

Our second time staying at the property and once again faultless. Everything as described and in a perfect spot for getting In and out of the city centre. Highly recommended

Really responsive in terms of communication, so cannot fault in terms of responsiveness. The living room for four people is a squash, let alone 6. The kitchen was dirty, the flooring and walls unfinished. No dishwasher. The games room wasn't big enough to play pool, so had to unscrew one of the cues to take a shot. The major issue was the parking which was one of the reasons we booked this property, one of our party has mobility issues. This is part of the ad, plus I ask on arrival what the parking arrangements were, the response was free. Both vehicles received 2 x £35 parking fines, so £70 each. I genuinely to not normally write reviews, but I thought this was worth informing others.
