Recently stayed here for work and was worried about road noise with it being just off a main road but had no issues with that, and we ended up having a nice stay here. Conveniently located near some food shops like Lidl, Asda and home bargains so we could easily walk to the shops which was ideal.

As advertised, clean, warm property, 3-4 mins from Peterlee. We were working on a property for a week, great choice.

for the price it was a nice place and had superstores not too far away with private parking,beaches 20 mins away in car overall good holiday

Clean apartment, only one table is missing to dine in 4 - there are only two stools. Sound insulation with null neighbors, garden to be maintained and not usable.

Good for a few nights only and good for contractors.

The Good Clean and comfortable Had all the essentials needed including a hairdryer, iron and ironing board plus some sachets of tea, coffee and milk and a few biscuits Off road parking for one car Comfortable beds Beaches and shops a short drive away Quiet house The Bad Not a great area Access to drive was impeded by cars parked on road on the first night No mirrors in bedrooms No shelves in bathroom No personal touches - no welcome note or instructions or places to visit Bin full of beer cans and cig ends plus overflow of black bags at the entrance Untidy garden Not a great view over neighbouring gardens One bedroom is on the ground floor Curtains too small to fully draw Only one hand towel but 6 bath towels The Ugly Bare wires on bedroom ceiling light - missing ceiling rose Hall light had faulty switching Ice box in the fridge was inaccessible because the fridge door couldn’t open fully Leak in cupboard under washbasin ruined my wash bag & contents
