Loved this place, a real home from home & the location was perfect. Couldn’t believe how close we were to the quay & a quick walk to the shopping centers. Really clean & cosy, cold when we got in but soon warmed up when we put the heating on. Everything we needed, even some friendly neighbourhood cats around outside the parking area! Parking space was very tight due to parked cars getting into the parking area so be prepared if you have a big car! Would love to stay here again. Thank you x

Comfortable, homely place, in a convenient location close to Exeter Quay. Lovely and warm despite the cold weather, and very handy to have an allocated parking space.
