No parties or events are permitted at any time. 2. No smoking inside the property. 3. Please check your SuiteOp link first for information before contacting your Airbnb host. 4. No unregistered guests are allowed. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum stated on the booking. Breach of this rule may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund. 5. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. 6. No loud noise or music after 11:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in removal from the property. 7. Lost keys will incur a £20 replacement fee. 8. Do not rearrange furniture. 9. Please wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher (where provided). 10. Dispose of all rubbish upon check-out. 11. No drugs or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. 12. The lead guest must provide valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. 13. Late check-out after 10:30 AM (unless agreed in advance) will incur a £150 fee. 14. Additional cleaning charges will apply if the property is left in an excessively messy condition.
