Great stay, perfect both for the co-op live events and getting into central Manchester. Will come back if we ever see another co-op live event again. Quiet, safe area. Comfortable, lovely house :)

Helpful polite host, easy to checkin, place needs maintenance would not say it is a luxury stay (we was just going to a concert so wasn’t too bothered but wouldn’t want to pay to stay luxury and it not be as advertised), walls need a freshen up with paint lots of marks, marks on units, kitchen work tops was still dirty with marks, bedding had stains , bathroom on top floor no privacy what so ever needs a blind on window. Good location if you are visiting coop live or Etihad within walking distance.
