Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, especially in the evenings and early mornings. • No parties or events Strictly no parties, gatherings, or loud music. Any unauthorised events will result in immediate cancellation of the stay. • No visitors unless approved Only the guests included in the booking are allowed on the property. Please request approval in advance if you need a visitor to stop by. • Security cameras For safety and security, the property has two cameras: – A doorbell camera at the entrance (no audio recorded) – A camera in the kitchen facing the back door, monitoring the entry point only. These cameras operate externally facing or entry‑focused only and do not record any private areas. • No smoking or vaping Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the property. If you smoke outside, please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly. • No pets Pets are not allowed due to allergies and to maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests. • Security & doorbell camera A doorbell camera is installed at the entrance for security and to assist with communication. It does not record audio. • Self check‑in & key return Self check‑in is via a secure lockbox. At checkout, please return the keys to the lockbox and ensure the property is fully locked. • Checkout time Cleaners arrive promptly at checkout time, so please vacate the property on time and leave it in a tidy condition. • Respect the home Please treat the property with care. Report any issues or damage as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly.
