The cottage was immaculate , and had excellent ammenities. The beds were very comfortable and it was lovely hearing bird song in the morning and being able to walk by the river. Very well suited to adults and teenagers aa the steps to the upstairs two bedrooms are steep and there is a large step up into the property. Fully recommend this property.

This stay was perfect for what we wanted which was family time! We parked our car in the free recommended car park which was a short walk from the accommodation. We then walked into town which only took about 10mins. The accommodation itself was as described, welcoming and had everything we wanted! The beds were clean and so comfortable. It usually takes me a few nights to get used to a different bed, however both nights I slept soundly! Despite being near a road it was very quiet! There was lots of wardrobe space with decent hangers, not plastic...and the bathroom was so spacious with an excellent shower! The smart TVs in each room were a bonus with two teenagers, remember to have your log in details for Netflix and other stations. We had a delicious meal in the Mill on the Exe! We had a really lovely short stay and would definitely return! Thank you for letting us visit your home!

Place was comfortable and the location close to everything. Hosts were prompt to reply. Only issue was that we didn’t have a dish towel to dry things. Otherwise very comfortable.

Very happy with our stay, place is clean, well equipped, spacious enough for 4 people (there were only 3 of us), comfortable beds, very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Great communication and easy check-in and out. Would happily come back for another weekend

The perfect base for our stay in Exeter. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful. Stylish but cosy. Spotlessly clean. Lovely bedding & towels. All the amenities you could need in the property. Lots of storage space. Light & airy with gorgeous views of the river. Great location for the city centre (10/15 minute walk) but also to the roads to explore the area. Safe & peaceful. Hosts were extremely helpful & responsive. Highly recommend.
