Hutch (and this lovely flat) saved the day after another property left us stranded with no accommodation in Leamington Spa. Our misfortune became our good luck. We’re so happy we ended up here instead. Cosy, spotless, comfortable — and really decent value for the town. When we’re next in Leamington, this place is top of the list.

great stay. exactly as described. super clean, with great amenities and comfy bed and pillows. They provided a travel cot and high chair which was really helpful. would definitely stay again

It was a very cosy apartment. The rooms were well maintained. It was close to the station and Upper Parade, which made access to transport and shops quite easy. We enjoyed the stay a lot. Thank you for your hospitality.
