A great location to explore Leamington Spa historic centre and parks. Quet ground floor apparemment, modernly decorated, views on the canal from the lounge. There is a new building being built opposite the canal but that won't take away the canal side feeling. Comfortable, clean, not crazy expensive.

Did what it said on the tin. Comprehensive instructions and proactive communication. Well equipped kitchen. Everything we were looking for.

Perfect stay! Would stay here again whenever I come back to leamington spa!

Good value, nice location

Photos and location sold this to us, although perhaps slightly pricey. However, there were a number of poor issues. Cheap bedroom furniture, including a chest of drawers with the base of drawers missing. The bed sagged in the middle. The bathroom had only one door hook, so no towel rail or anywhere to leave towels to dry. The flat was also quite noisy, little soundproofing from neighbours, who on Saturday morning at 5 am, spent an hour on the phone with loudspeaker on, outside our door before moving goods out of their flat into a waiting van. Batteries in a couple of remotes didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was good and lounge/diner was fine.
