We had a great stay at Nicky’s place in Birmingham. The property was very clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a comfortable and successful trip. The location was ideal — close to everything with easy access, which made getting around very convenient. Nicky was extremely attentive and communication was excellent throughout, ensuring everything ran smoothly from check-in to departure. Overall, a perfect stay, and we would definitely recommend this property to others.

Nicky’s place was at a very good location for what we went over Birmingham for, we have rented two cars and there is plenty of spaces for the two cars

Clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had the basics we needed to cook for ourselves. Wifi signal was good. Shower head didn't stay in place, but other than that all was good.

We had a really lovely stay here and would happily come back. The space itself is bright and spacious, very clean on arrival, and had everything we needed for a comfortable few days away. The beds were really comfortable and the heating worked well, so we felt cosy the whole time. The living area was a nice place to relax in the evenings, especially with the TV and Netflix available – a great bonus after busy days out. The kitchen was well equipped with all the basic utensils, and having plenty of towels provided made everything easy and hassle-free. The Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay, and we really enjoyed having access to the garden – it was a lovely extra bit of space to unwind in. The location was also convenient: only about a 20-minute drive from the city centre, with local sweet shops and takeaways nearby for quick bites. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish – friendly, clear, and very responsive. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient place
