We had no access to hot water due to boiler issues. We messaged Humzah 3 hours prior to checkout but he messaged back after checkout 3 hours later when we needed access to hot water to have a shower. Left the building having no shower and very unhappy.

The flat was nicely decorated, in a quiet and secure area, close to city centre and the Etihad Stadium. Unfortunately, there was no hot water, no duvet cover, unclear WiFi information, and the flat wasn’t fully clean on arrival. Communication with the host was difficult after booking, and a cleaning fee was unfairly requested but later cancelled by Airbnb. Disappointing overall.

We only stayed for one night for the Heaton park gig, which was a 40 minute walk away. Place was reasonable, some dirt left on the floors and some sanitary rubbish left in the bathroom bin and NO toilet paper! However, the shop is a two min walk away, but was told it is included in the stay, so didn't bring any with us. Parking wasn't included outside due to previous guests losing the permit, so had to park 5 mins away. Basic stay and met our needs for one night.
